The check-in process needs serious improvement!!! Receiving harsh warnings about rules upon arrival feels unnecessary. The air conditioning setup is peculiar, causing discomfort when away from the room. Perhaps consider making it a bit more guest-friendly!!!

This place could've been something special, but it sadly fell flat. My room was on a main road, and every vehicle sounded like a monster truck rally. Plus, the so-called "soundproof" rooms woudl ve been better suited as concert halls. Lastly, I was expecting a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but I guess that was too much to ask. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

My recent stay was fantastic! The spacious room was a treat, and I loved the area being so close to the Kata beach and night market. The location made it super easy to grab delicious food from the stalls nearby. I particularly appreciated the beach towels and volleyball provided, which added a fun touch to my beach days. The nearby attractions like Big Buddha were only a short drive away.

We loved the family vibe here! The host is a chill guy, super helpful, and he even helped us plan a trip to see some elephants and beautiful beaches.

It wasn't cheap, but for the experience, totally acceptable.
